Live Weekly Classes
Live Classes are great if you thrive off a set schedule, live feedback, and group interaction. Suppose you've found yourself doing a workout at home or the gym and stopped when things got challenging or didn't know how to properly do something and realize you need someone to encourage you, give you corrections, or show you how to modify an exercise to meet your needs. In that case, this is an excellent option for you!

The APY On-Demand Membership gives you access to a library full of Pilates & Yoga classes of all lengths and styles. This is an excellent option if you have a crazy busy schedule that keeps you on your toes! Need some accountability, so you don't let your subscription go to waste? Every member has access to a free 20 min. Consultation where we can talk about what classes to start with, how often, and if you'd like me to check in with you periodically to ensure you are seeing progress and being consistent.

I started Pilates in 2016 while I was working as a professional dancer. When I started my first comprehensive training, I was captivated by the design and intention behind every exercise. I was eager to continue my understanding of the method through a second certification and love attending workshops and courses to this day. Investing in my education is essential to delivering quality programming for my clients, and I will always prioritize education that helps me provide that.

Why do I offer classes in English and Spanish? As a first gen Latina in the U.S I grew up trying hard to make a connection between the life I have in the States and my family, friends and my Mexican culture. I always felt disconnected and always wanted a way to incorporate my Spanish into my everyday life and now I can! When the lockdown happened in 2020, I quickly jumped online and started making classes for my clients and then thought to myself that making classes for my friends and family in Mexico would be a great way to stay connected to them, practice my Spanish, and give back in my own small way.

My goal is to help others feel proud of their progress and reach their goals. I want clients to look forward to coming to class because they know that I'm going to help them feel, move, and breathe better.

Loving my weekly online group classes with Marisol! I have never done Pilates until I tried 5-Day Pilates Challenge with Marisol last fall and learned that mat Pilates is actually doable and my body felt really good after the classes. In every class Marisol gives students options for different levels of difficulties to try and explore, and she encourages students to work at their own pace. Marisol's verbal instructions and visual demonstrations are easy to follow along; it feels as if she is in the same room with me. The best part of the online classes to me is I can workout at the comfort of my room. In-person classes are available, but online classes is a great option during the pandemic. Since I started taking the mat Pilates classes with Marisol, I noticed my body has gained quite a bit of strength. My weekly Pilates class not only helps me stay in shape but it also keeps my mind in check.


I discovered Alma Pilates Center in OC after an unexpected back surgery. My doctor suggested that as part of my continuing recovery that I seek out private pilates lessons with an instructor who was skilled in working with someone who has an injury. Marisol is a god send. Not only does she know how to keep my back safe during our private sessions, but she has transformed my strength and confidence in the months I have been going to her. Her grace, poise and constant positivity is above and beyond. Her skills and knowledge keep me feeling excited about my progress on a weekly basis. If you are looking for an incredible pilates teacher, whether it is your first time or you have been before, Marisol is simply the best.


I take Private Sessions with Marisol due to my busy schedule and can't recommend her enough! Every session is truly a full-body challenge with clear instructions. I've gained so much strength and confidence throughout my time with her that I've been open to trying different activities like horseback riding, hiking longer distances, rock climbing, and more! Don't let her calm demeanor fool you. She'll encourage you to work hard and make every minute count.
